Our Story
A Salt Lake flooring studio built one honest quote at a time
Elena Marsh founded Timberline Floors in 2008 after years installing hardwood for larger regional builders, frustrated by how often "premium flooring" meant rushed crews and vague pricing. She started Timberline with a simple standard: every floor gets the same care she'd want in her own home, and every client gets a quote broken down enough to actually understand.
Eighteen years later, Timberline is still Elena's studio — now with a full crew of NWFA-certified installers, a design consultant to help with material selection, and a client experience manager who keeps every project on schedule from first walkthrough to final walkthrough.
Our Values
What guides every install
01
Itemized honesty
Material, labor, and prep are priced separately, so you know exactly what you're paying for and where the money goes.
02
Craft over speed
A plank scribed to your wall instead of forced into a gap takes longer — we build the schedule around doing it right.
03
Respect for your home
Drop cloths, dust containment, and daily cleanup are standard, not an upsell — we leave your house better than we found it.
